I think we are going to make it, ketchup and all :-)

Thank you to all that commented. We had 100 percent for opened ketchup in the fridge. Daniel had apparently been waiting patiently without commenting for our ketchup bottle in the fridge to run out. It did. He bought one, that does not see keep refridgerated by the way and put it in the pantry. I opened it and did not think of doing anything other than put it in the fridge. He said that cold ketchup can ruin a good hotdog. When we started dating, I noticed that his mom kept her ketchup in the pantry, and I had never heard of that. We wanted to see just how common that was. I won't rub it in too much that I won this one

Michael Parker gets points for something new, Peanut Butter in the fridge. I personally go through a jar a week that is in the pantry. I'm okay so far, but I'll have to check into that one.

Where does your ketchup reside?

warm shelf or a cold refridgerator

We are counting on you...

Well...Since I have posted last...

The short version:

I have started a new job (still with Northeast), Daniel has left and returned again, I was bitten by a dog, Addie Talley came and took pictures and more pictures, and my girls are still growing up before my eyes.

A little more detail:

I am now working 25 hours a week and loving it so far. I am still floating around without a desk, computer or phone most of the time, but that is just something that will workout in time. I work with 16-21 year olds in Tippah and Tishomingo Counties. I have resources available to help them get their GED. I think it will be alot of fun.

Daniel got back Friday night from a week in Texas. They had a great trip, but I'm sure glad to have him home for awhile. This next weekend he is going to St. Louis, but I get to go on that one!

I was walking in my neighborhood with Bailey Reese in her stroller and a dog that normally comes up to me growling, but I still thought was harmless, ran straight to my leg and chomped through my pants and the skin. If this every happens to you, the protocal is to file a police report and call the health department. I went to get a tetanus shot and they called for me. I went to talk to the dog's owner and he was kind of put out that I was talking to him. I wanted to make sure that the dog had it's shots, because I needed to get a few more if he didn't. If your  dog ever bites someone, maybe it is a good idea to be concerned. I was pretty upset when I left his house. It could have been my four month old and he didn't care. If he had acted with some kind of concern maybe I wouldn't have called the police like everyone told me that I was supposed to.

I love Addie's pictures so I recommended her to a few friends in Corinth. Addie, you are a trooper. She shot a wedding Friday, which is intense, and then spent the next two days in the heat taking family pictures. She did a great job, and while we all understand that she took so many pictures and we totally understand that it will take her a little while to get them back to us, we are so excited to get them. Thanks, Addie!!

New York

Daniel is in Syracuse, New York. They left Corinth this past Friday and they will be back next Saturday night. They are partnering with a Church there. They are doing outreach, VBS, Construction, etc. The Church requested that they have a big Southern Fried Catfish cookout, which they had yesterday. There are about 35 of them. You can view a video of their day yesterday on You Tube. Just search for nymissionteam.

Please keep them in your prayers!

Happy Friday

Macy is still having trouble with her daycare. Daniel and I were worried that she wasn't making friends. We all baked cookies together and took them to school on Wednesday. I pray this stops soon or one of us will give in and not go to work soon. Her teacher had some pictures for us this morning. She took pictures of her playing with her new friends to show mom and dad that she is happy after we leave. Hopefully we can look at the pictures alot this weekend and talk about her friends so much that she is excited to go back and see them on Monday.

Macy didn't eat much for supper last night. All during the night she cried out. I figured that she was hungry. This morning she was complaining about her tummy hurting. Daniel carried her downstairs and fixed her a waffle. After she ate it in the sweetest voice she said, "Thank you Daddy for making my tummy feel better." Isn't parenthood grand. Only if all of her problems from here on out were solved as easily as a waffle.

I have given in and hired someone to help me clean the house. I don't like turning over the money, but I really need the help. Getting something for us to eat, baths, washing clothes, keeping the kitchen and bottles clean and picking up constantly is apparently all I can do. I have realized that and so I have someone coming for the first time today to do the deep cleaning. She will come every other week. Kuddos to the moms out there that cook and clean!

Happy Father's Day weekend. Daniel and I are blessed with wonderful Fathers. My children are also. Daniel is going to be away for a few weeks this summer and we are going to miss him terribly. He is wonderful to our girls. Our family is blessed in so many ways.
